Job Requirements: • Experience on running online advertising projects; • Experience of new business contacting/ sales; • Good communication skills in English and Latvian Language, Russian is an asset; • Understanding of steps / process of basic online Project; • Strong familiarity with online advertising and marketing models; • Experience on managing a small team, assigning tasks to resources and following the progress of tasks; • Ability to analyze problems and make well-reasoned decisions; • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and problem solving skills; • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and balance this with keeping projects moving forward; Strong organization and follow-through skills; • Knowledge of: Google, SEO, blogs, data analytics; how is banner advertising working and if so, what it‘s best used for, what are advantages of it; what are new digital tendencies of today, latest cool viral advertising he/she is aware of.
