ENJOY Recruitment Client, Raben Latvia, due to the rapid development of the company, at the moment to the office in Riga are looking for Sales Representative. Job description: • realizing sales development strategy, including cooperation with the company’s and Raben Group’s management in creating the company’s development strategy; • analysing domestic and international market and identification of potential directions of sales development; • effective use of sales tools: calculations, offers, presentations, etc; • gaining new sales and cooperation in ensuring smooth implementation of new customers service; • sales development creation of long-term, partner relationship with customers; • holding a representative function to the market according to the values. Requirements: • university degree or another higher education, preferably in economy or marketing; • sales experience in B2B area – will be advantage; • working experience in logistic field or transport - will be advantage; • skills of running sales process for a couple of years; • excellent presentation and negotiation skills; • problem solving skills; • excellent team-work skills as well as ability to work efficiently on one’s own; • self-motivation and independence, ambition and goal-orientation, positive attitude, balance, ability to accept constructive criticism; • ability to interact professionally in multinational environment; • good organization and communicative skills; • strong motivation to achieve success; • ability to be a diplomat in negotiations, and easy to find compromises in various problem situations; • good command of MS Office (especially Excel); • fluency in Latvian and Russian, English – good; • driver’s license B category.
